Do I have to sign up for a plan to get help?
No. You can always use our published rates: $150 for a service call or diagnostic, $100 per hour for remote support and $125 per hour for on-site support.
Can you work with our existing equipment?
Yes, as long as it is still supported. If something no longer gets security updates, we will explain the risk and your options.
Do you support homes too?
Monthly plans are designed for businesses. Homes and home offices can use our hourly services, computer repair and Wi-Fi services.
